Inter Orlando Football Club has teamed up with Euro Soccer Schools to establish
a pathway for children who want to learn and play the game of soccer. We
have formed a unique curriculum that allows players to develop their skills in
their own time, and encourages players with little or no experience to have fun
Our community program sessions are made up of a combination of in school sessions, Wednesday evening, and Saturday morning games. Players have an opportunity to develop their skills in the recreation program and after evaluation from our coaches, these players will be able to move to the competitive program to further their development if coaches feel this is the best way forward.
Recreational Program is an in-house soccer league composed of other Inter
Orlando players. Overseen by Liam O'Brien (Academy Director), each coach has
been carefully selected through an extensive recruitment process to meet the
criteria set by Liam O'Brien. Each coach must attend weekly staff training and
are encouraged to pursue their American Coaching qualifications. Our coaches
work with the teams on a weekly basis and help our players improve throughout
Our philosophy is to focus on development and enjoyment through soccer. We believe that a player success is measured based on the four pillars of development. These pillars are their technical/tactical, psychological and social skills. Each player must meet specific goals set for him or her by our coaching staff before they can progress to the Competitive Program. Our goal is to develop as many players as possible to feed our Competitive program. Age-appropriate programs will be designed to meet your players’ needs.
